New York LFMP: Working for Your Law Firm’s Clients

Susan Peters and David Brooks, two esteemed senior players in law firm p.r., were joined by an interloper (yes, Peck) to discuss how to get involved in the p.r. needs or crises of the clients of your firm, the delicate interaction with the lawyer and the client, whether and how to bill for your services, and how to promote this capability in and around your firm.  The cases discussed were real, demonstrating how people who are approaching senior status can begin or grow this kind of important work, and the few things that can be done from the p.r. role that provide greater value to your firm.
