Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work with the director of Marketing, Communications Manager, and Marketing Specialist to maintain and advance the Firm’s reputation as a leader in the field of securities, antitrust, and other complex litigation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and edit the Firm’s marketing collateral such as website content, print material, and other forms of marketing-related content
  • RFP/proposal responsibilities: assist with preparing/drafting responses to RFPs and client presentations; responsible for meticulous review of RFP tracking sites daily; maintaining proposal and RFP tracking systems
  • Participate in legal submission process (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, or Benchmark) when necessary, including editing/drafting case descriptions and assisting with arranging interviews
  • Identify and prepare news/events and case updates for publication on Firm’s website and in social media accounts
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of seminar/event/webinar activities
  • Developing and maintaining mailing lists and contact lists


  • B.A. required (work in the legal, financial, or professional services industry is a plus)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role (graduation date 2013 or earlier)
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Extreme attention to detail required
  • Excellent writing skills (Writing samples required.)
  • High energy level and flexibility with overtime
  • Strong organizational, team building, and communication skills
  • Tech savvy; Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Prezi, Word, Excel, and applications for infographic creation such as Piktochart; knowledge of InDesign a plus
  • Genuine interest in the financial industry and our key practice areas
  • Estimated Breakdown of Tasks: 45% marketing/business development activities (e.g., assisting with responses to RFPs, editing/drafting marketing collateral, and website updates); 35% managing operational tasks that are critical to the department; and 20% submissions.
