Xenia Kobylarz is the founder of X-UP Strategies, a woman-owned creative integrated marketing consulting agency that helps law firms and lawyers raise their profiles, venture into new markets, conduct competitive intelligence research, design/redesign websites and blogs, conceive and execute digital marketing campaigns, and create digital content.
A Columbia University J-School graduate, Xenia has 15 years of experience as a journalist writing for major legal trade publications, including the American Lawyer. She was previously the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Labaton Sucharow, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspect of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. Prior to that, she was the Director of Strategic Communications at Stroock. She also spent several years as in-house PR manager for various firms, including King & Spalding.
