A
legal journalist for more than 10 years, Claire joined Bingham
McCutchen in August 2002 from American Lawyer Media where she worked
in various editorial capacities for www.law.com and The National
Law Journal. She began her legal journalism career at
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 1991, starting as special sections
editor and moving on to news and features editor. ln 1998, she left
MLW to work at a Maryland business and legal daily, The Daily
Record in Baltimore, as an associate editor of specialty
publications. She then joined American Lawyer Media to help launch
www.law.com in Massachusetts.
Claire’s primary responsibilities at
Bingham McCutchen include raising the profile of the 950-attorney firm
in the local, national and international legal and business media. She
also handles media inquiries as well as crisis communications work for
firm clients. She is a graduate of Northeastern University’s School of
Journalism.
With attorneys in 11 offices spanning
the United States and abroad, Bingham McCutchen focuses on serving
clients involved in complex financial transactions and restructurings,
a full range of corporate, technology, and telecommunications
matters, and high-stakes litigation. |
